Table Mountain High – South Africa Memories

Exactly three years ago today, I boarded an airplane from Durban, South Africa headed back to Washington, DC after a glorious 21-day vacation in a few Southern African countries.

Body Art Expo in Phoenix – Valentine Tattoo Anyone?

Valentine's Day is usually spent with your significant other, however, for those of without a partner it is a day that we would like to skip over entirely. So, for "Single Awareness Day" we decided to go to a Tattoo Expo at the Arizona State Fair in Phoenix.

Travel Stories: Tydon Safari Camp, South Africa – Day Four

I was sorely disappointed to be leaving the Tydon Safari Camp that day and we drove through the famous Panoramic Route in drizzling rain and, at times, a heavy thick scene-stealing fog which matched my mood.
